  • Upward adjustment of the bullet speed "lump of Seoul to be tracked" magic "crystal mass of Seoul to be tracked", and a lower adjustment of stamina take the amount of darkness surgery "those who follow" (Unsure of the horrible Google Translate)

I think this means Projectile Speed increased for Crystal Soulmass and Homing Crystal Soulmass, and Stamina cost decreased for the dark homing version (?)

Anyone else thinking about that goat wearing a bath robe drinking coffee, and what situation he's in for the context of this flyer? It looks like somebody bothered him with this shit at home in the morning. I'd be grumpy too :P

I've had a long day to think about this, please don't be offended:

You stupid asshole. I continue to worry about my own morbidity as I hit my 30th birthday. I've thought more than a few times about how it's okay to be getting older because I've got great guys like you that make me feel younger and that I have so much ahead of me. I always knew, odds on, that you'd probably pass before me but I expected it to be when I was an old man and no longer cared about video games, basic humor, or whatever it is the future holds. I expected to age with you and grow with what you have been offering to the world for so many years.

I saw you mature, and me mature several years behind you. I saw your beautiful sense of humor and your (occasionally abrasive) observations of the world. I somehow expected this to continue forever but now you're gone. And, for now, you have completely put me at a loss.

Now, I have to shut off a part of my life and a part of myself. And, while I won't pretend you were never here, I need to find a way to go on without you and to be strong with the knowledge that even if you aren't still with us that we can all carry on without you.

I never knew you personally, and I imagine that you wouldn't have been very fond of me, but nevertheless I feel like I knew you enough to need you and I'll struggle to redefine life without you.

I may be talking to nothing but I'll imagine your presence because I'm still here even if you're not and I need your help to close this small but important gap in my life.

I hope you would have found this funny (and I can't do the research right now to find out if you did): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJ4T9CQA0UM

Love. No homo.

Fuck you. Just because one applies doesn't mean the other does nor is one even a medical term. While I'm not one to split threads usually, the presumption of the OP just bothers me on this. I may be racially and sexually insensitive but this takes the cake... these types of issues apply to all people. I also happen to not necessarily see anything wrong with either so-called condition and consider it more of a personality trait than a disease. The OP point is something along the lines of "down syndrome" = "autism". You may think they're related but the causes and underlying conditions are completely separate from one another.

More to the point, unless a game explicitly references one of these conditions (in a medical sense) why do we have a page for them at all? Please give me some examples. Last I checked this website isn't a subsidiary of WebMD (or is it? The CBS merger is still foggy for me). Leave the doctor shit for the doctors but don't distribute misinformation that barely even applies to our videogame entertainment.

I further move, from the OP, that both pages just outright be removed because it is not the realm or responsibilty of this website to provide accurate or relevant medical information. JUST reference the damn game and send people to an outside expert. You're risking dangerous liabilities otherwise (because people are dumb and misuse information like the OP).

I sent my launch 360 back in around 2008 (for red ring). After some research I found they sent me a new 'Falcon' model box and I couldn't detect much difference.

However, I did some research and found out you can essentially ghetto-fix a red ring xbox (after my falcon broke) by opening it up, removing the heatsink, putting some new arctic cooling cement down and reattaching. Heard it works about 50% of the time so it stands to reason in places like AUS and NZ where shipping things is expensive that they might just replace the heatsink with some new thermal compound attached.

<<pure speculation, but hell, you asked the internet. what did you think was coming.

Alright, updating this topic now that I have some of this stuff:

The 3DS is... quite alright, actually. To be clear, the last mobile system I owned was a gamegear, so my impressions of what a mobile system should do are admittedly a bit out of line.

Anywho, I bought my partner a Wii for Christmas a couple years back, then a Kinect last Christmas. The second I was showing off the 3ds to them they said "so it's a wii and kinect combined, right?" I didn't have the heart to tell them it was neither so I agreed.

I now have:

Ghost Recon blah blah (the 3DS one)

Final Fantasy Tactics A2

Many more to come but not before my Detroit trip

I have to say:

The 3d effect works much better in the one game (Ghost Recon) then anything the 3ds came with. The AR cards are cool but they feel very inconsistent. That being said, Mario frozen running across my bar is freaking amazing (for about 2 seconds). Despite the obviously short term thrills that was easily worth the cost difference between a DSi and 3DS. Anyways, Ghost Recon really makes the 3d obvious and nice even if it doesn't really add to the gameplay.

It's neat but I'm pretty sure I could live with out it.

Onto FFTA2, wow. There are some good games on the DS platform. I'm an hour in and hooked more so than the PS1 tactics got me... and that's shortly after when I thought XCOM TFTD was the best game I had ever played.

QUESTION: I saw Jagged Alliance is on DS. If I liked JA2 on PC but thought JA was infuriating, should I go ahead and skip that, even at $10?

Thanks
