@dudeglove: It was the capacitive Eject button that was the problem on mine at least, kept ejecting dvds. Plus it was terribly noisy and the wireless adapter for both wifi and bluetooth failed on it. I sent in for repair and got one back with proper buttons.

Reading that the switch has fan inside would worry me more if not for good consumer laws in Norway, if it breaks within 5 years of purchase they have to fix that shit. As @eurobum mentioned, fans in devices like this has a tendency to fail. When I worked in computer repairs and warranty we had at least one broken laptop fan a day.

Thinking about it tho, in most of the consoles that I got in for warranty the problem was not the fan. It was usually power supply, the DVD laser or broken video outputs. This was also true for most wii's we got in, although my personal wii had a broken fan. But now I'm digressing about home consoles and not portable systems so it may not apply.

I remember the intro CG having that issue on PC, but I don't think there are any other CG movies.

But yeah, that's normal.

I bet it's no placebo at all. Try benchmarking with something like SuperPi in both configurations or just timing the windows startup time. That specific jump in ghz usually gives a noticeable bump in speed.

So to be the dissenting voice in here I'll say that the PS4 regular version has horrible frame pacing issues that makes it look very stuttery to me, and gives me a headache pretty consistently 10-15 min into playing.
I'm a bit surprised that most folks here seem to not have a problem with it when I do. I'm usually am on the other side of these things, Bloodborne for example was never an issue for me.
If you are at all sensitive to such issues get the Xbox version which supposedly doesn't have the frame pacing problem.
I wanted to spend Christmas in a huge rpg, but now I either have to wait for a ps4 patch that fixes the issue (which may or may not ever happen) or buy another version of the same game (which already was waaay expensive). I'm kinda pissed about buying this full price right before it went on sale on the PS4, and I can't even play it without getting a headache.

@nnickers: Sadly wow servers are regional, so are the licenses. So you can only play on US servers and would have to buy a EU copy of the game to play on the EU servers.
@machofantastico: Even though guilds dont work cross realm, we can invite each other to groups and play cross realm. So add me on battlenet (Linkster7#2750) if you want someone to group up with for some dungeons or other stuff.
