Cleared out the whole of the Undead Asylum and smoked Stray Demon today. It took me sooo many tries to finally succeed and I felt like a titan.

Anyway, I get back to Firelink and try some trading with Sparkly. I dropped a dung pie in his nest, exited, restarted...and got NOTHING. This happened twice! Now I'm fearful to drop anything into the nest.

So I went from a high to a terrible low. I guess it's fitting since it is Dark Souls.

Same here. I think it took me 3 tries tops. The Stray Demon has been the hardest for me so far. I'd whittle his health down and then he'd hit me with something cheap somehow.

@MysteriousFawx: I didn't actually kill her, just hit her once by mistake. So now she won't deal with me.

As for my curse, I ran the gauntlet at New Londo Ruins and had Ingward cure me so I'm back in business. What a hassle that was. I made it with what looked like literally no health as I climbed the ladder to him. Whew!

Those "frogs" pretty much ended my run with the game, I think. I'm now cursed and unable to buy a cure cause I mistook that ghoul merchant for an enemy. The only other merchant I can use is after the gargoyles, but I don't think I can take em with half health. Ugh.

Pass.

That release date pretty much seals its fate for me. I hated their arrogant pricing structure anyway, so they've done me a favor. Now I can stop considering buying it.
