This is fucking horseshit. You should have played the game on PC when it came out. It runs on any pc. It has a fucking netbook mode. I'm primarily a console gamer and I can see the bullshit that this is.
Why does this game keep getting remade? So many good Final Fantasies could be remade. 5, 6, 7. Especially 6. The GBA version is great, but it's the title most deserving of a full HD console remake. Instead of remaking great games they just put out shit like 11, 12, 13, 14, Agito, Versus, whatever etc.. Stop making new crappy games and remake your classics and see why they're considered classics. Hopefully it would inspire them to make a modern classic instead of the fucking garbage they've been spewing out after 10.
@Zabant: What about people who only visit Giant Bomb? The only reason I knew about this before now is because I visit neogaf. And there's the point that people might want to talk about it on this site... If NBC does a news story do FOX and ABC say, "Damn! NBC reported this first, fuck we can't do it now!".
If they make Rain a badass like his UMK3/Trilogy appearance then he would be my first choice. If not, never put the character in the game again. His Armageddon model and moves are so fucking lame.
Other than that my order of preference would be Kenshi followed by Robot Smoke.
Kenshi is probably the best new original MK character, next to maybe Darrius. I would have no problems at all with Darrius being in the game either.
