I am lost for words.

Last night I managed to beat the boss on teh 110th floor. That boss is mad frustrating. I dont think I couldv beaten him without looking at gamefaq. The solution was to battle it on your own and not bring your friends. Also you must have a persona that is strong against wind.

Some luck is involved. I had rotten luck at first. people claim that this boss doesnt do physical attacks and if he does its extremly rare. Well, this guy managed to charm me, then did a physical attack followed by another physical attack which completly destroyed me. After the second go it was all easy.

I just wanna keep playing more persona 3! Work does not let me do it that easily though. I'l be off in 3 hours so I cant wait!

Also, Olympics. Those gymnasts have one hell of a body. I need to see what they eat. The strength they have is phenominal. The body is just unbelievable. Ok, I need to do gymnastics! 22 though, I suppose I shouldv started at 4!

So this is gonna be my first time going to Japan. September 1st to be precise. Then what happens, I decide to go paintballing and sprained my ankle.

I have never sprained my ankle so I was not prepared for the pain that was about to follow. Man, the pain is shockingly unbelievable. I couldn't hear anyone around me. People were apparently asking if i was alright but I couldn't hear. When it happened I had only 1 thought on my mind. "no, not when I'm going to Japan, please no". The timing is horrific. I just want to go to Japan and have the time of my life and this ankle has to give way for the first time in my life. Why now? why not a month before?

Anyway, It doesn't seem to be so bad. I can do basic exercises on the ankle. I went to the hospital because my parents expected the worst and after waiting for nearly 2 hours, the doctor spent exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds telling me "you dont need an xray, this should be healed in 1-2 weeks". So i gotta elevate it and ice it.

I suppose some people have it far worse than I have in terms of ankle injuries. Liu xang, the chinease 110m herdle hero was forced to exit the first heat of the Olympic games in Beijing. Very heart breaking. There was a problem with hes right ankle (same as me). The problem was so severe, the problem was so painful, he was forced to exit. The agony he must of been in is indescribable. To think that you cannot compete in the Olympic games in your own country, When you have so many chinease people supporting you. The Olympics will only ever come once to China. Shame. He was very distraught, upset, sad, angry. Hes coach was absolutly devestated. The chinease people were confused and silent. Nobody could believe what they saw. Nearly everybody was tearful. Their hero, gone.

I could not play persona 3 last night ( i can only play at night due to work from 8:30 am to 8pm) since we had people over that wanted to play mario kart wii. I wrote in my earlier post that I did not like mario kart one little bit but you know, its actually kinda fun...yeah...I never thought I would ever say that but it is fun. Single player is a different story though.

I managed to unlock all the tracks though which is a huge achievement for me. My sister can't get enough of mario kart. I suppose I changed my mind. Very good game.

Anyway, I really wanted to continue with persona 3. That is one addictive game. I can't get enough of it. How the hell do they balance the difficulty like that?! All the bosses so far are exactly, just exactly right. Every boss is perfect for difficulty. How the hell did they manage to do that?! Oh and I think I'm very far into the game. I just had this dog join my party. I have been playing this game on and off for several months. This is turning out to be one long awesome game. I doubt though that I will ever play this game for a second time. I suppose I'm savouring this first time play through because I dont think there will be a JRPG like this for a very very long time.

I mean, literally no load times from exploring to starting battle, battles are quick (except for bosses), interesting chatacter development side (Its half sims half JRPG), interesting story.

the only thing I will say is that I wish they had the option for japanese voice acting. This is just a minor thing but It's something that would enhance the experience for me. I will write a review when I am done with it. Seems to me it will still take a very long time..awesome

I just read this article on gamesradar and it just brought back all those depressing feeling again regarding no shenmue 3.

I hope i'm not the only person on giantbomb that agrees that shenmue 2 is one the most finest and epic games in the history of games. I managed to find shenmue 2 again earlier this year and I instantly bought and played it from beggining to end. Yes there are flaws. For instance, the money making bit is a bit too tedious. I decided to just force myself through it and I kept saying that this is what I would do in real life, I wouldn't quite and im not doing it now. That is until I discovered theres another way to get filthy rich but you require something like an hour of patience. Its a gambling game where if you get the lowest odds, you will when so much money, that you will never ever need to work during the entire game and you will still have plently of money for everything else.

what I like most about it though is the japanese voice acting. Since i am studying the japanese language, this is very helpful and useful for me. Just to be able to recognise what they are saying without having to look at the subtitles is very very rewarding.

I suppose then that Shenmue 2 is special to me because of a unique reason. Its nostalgic, its story is captivating, the message that they try and convey is thought provoking and the four wude is inspiring.  Its a drastic change to the never ending variety of popping heads in FPS games and it actually tries to teach something, which I believe we need more of in todays games. It's just a shame that the vast majority of people dont agree with me. If shenmue 2 were to be released on the xbox originals space, I will buy that straight away and never play it due to the english voice acting. I would buy it to show my support for shenmue 3.

All this talk is meaningless though, I have accepted the fact that we will never get closure on the shenmue series. Still, it was very upsetting when I finished Shenmue 2 earlier this year...

September 1st! going to japan! Cant wait for that! it should be one of the most exciting moments of my life. Ofcourse, im going by myself as relying on other people to have the same interests as me is not going to get me anywhere. I rely and trust myself and myself only. I dont need noone to tell me their bored and want to go somewhere else when I find the thing were looking at intersting. Nothing to drag me down now, complete freedome! Noone but myself on holiday!!! Totally...freaking...awesome!!! Every year I go to Iran with my family and its just getting tiresome. Yes, seeing the family is great but I dont need to do this every year. There must be something other than this shithole I live in (london, ilford). So I'm off to Japan. My mother ofcourse does not like this as she is very worried about me but im 22! I need to have freedome, I need to meet new people. I know she doesn't want me to be very social and just wants me to study and start looking for girls when im 25 or something but thats not freedom. This does not bring happiness. I as a human being need life experience. I need to know and see and learn about life. Studyin is boring. Simple as. Going out and Girl's arent...well, unless they cant stop talking but you know what I mean.

So im sorry mum, but I need to do this. Yes I could get lost but that is part of why im going there. I want to get lost. If i didnt want to get lost, id stay in this shithole im in now.

anyway, as for where ill go in Japan, its going to be 3 places at least. First is Tokyo then Kyoto and then Osaka. If it is possible, i would really love to go to Hiroshima. I have read allot about the atom bomb that hit Hiroshima and Nagasaki and without going too much into it, America did wrong. Yes japan did attack pearl harbour but that does not give them the excuse to drop an atom bomb (twice) to eventually kill 200,000 innocent people. By innocent i mean you, your sister, your mother, your brother. Even today, people are still affected by it.

The classic american line is that "we had to do this because we would lose US troops that way". Right, well, rather kill 200,000 people which includes women and children, WOMEN AND CHILDREN, CHILDREN for crying out loud, than going forward with US troops that have already been trained how to fight. Japan were on the verge of surrender anyway. If you read deep into this subject, you will realise that. If they really wanted to make them surrender sooner they could have shown the captured japanese generals the devestation of their atomic bomb. Also, if they REALLY wanted them to just surrender, why drop 2 atom bombs? 1 is sufficient surley. Even that 1 though is not right and should never of been an option.

The only possible explanation for, in Truemans words "the proudest moment in american history" (or something along them lines), was to show the russians that they are willing to use their bombs at any time, to show the power they have and to use japan as a testing ground. Horrible, absolutly horrible.

I want to go to Hiroshima and go to the place where the bomb landed exactly if i can, if the japanese people let me, I'll place flowers there or something. I just want to show that there are people other than japanese (im iranian) that also does not want these weapons of hatred to exist. One of the most horrible and shameful acts of humanity. Well done Japan for holding a no nuclear bomb policy! We just need other countries like America and the rest to throw away their nukes as well. Ofcourse, I really do not want Iran to have nuclear bombs either not because mullahs run that country, but because these weapons should not exist in the first place. No one should have the power to kill other humans. However, I really do think this is wishful thinking. Never will America get rid of their nuclear bombs, even if other countries did so.

Team fortress 2 is their favourite game? really? They like that even more than Portal, Half life 2, Deus ex, Call of duty 4?

The list brought back allot of memories but I really cannot agree with their favourite game. I played it for several days and although satisfying at first, I really cannot be bothered to play it anymore.

I suppose its PC Gamer's favourite game and not mine but still...really? team fortress 2?
