Fucking speculators. There need to be reform, or just make speculating as a on it as a commodity illegal. Without speculators prices would be at around $2.25 national average.

Yes, speculators are why supply is low and demand is high. Easy to forget that. Imagine if ANWR was opened up as Bush asked for 10 years ago. It would be producing oil for the market...well, right about now.

Yes, and shipping it off to China. That's never mentioned by those on the right for some reason.

Boo. No Deadwood or Six Feet Under makes that list null for me. Out of the given choices though, I'd have to say The Wire. Shit got crazy in the latter seasons.

Deadwood would be strong, but the series ended unresolved. The same could be said of The Sopranos, but it's cliffhanger nature was intentional.

Six Feet Under? I'm sure you and the 7 other people who watched that show can argue about its merits elsewhere.

The Wire. I'll reevaluate when Breaking Bad ends whether it takes the top spot or not.

Mad Men and Breaking Bad shouldn't even be on this list because they haven't concluded. You must look at the entire scope of a series; I mean Sopranos went to utter shit after season 2, and never recovered its former glory.

I don't read Superman comics, so my understanding of him is limited, but he get's his power from the Earth's Sun, right? What if someone did some crazy shit to the Sun, like shoot some kind of beam at it that fundamentally changes the type of radiation it emits, rendering Superman with similar powers he had before but nowhere near the same amount of invulnerability?

Edit: Oh damn, didn't see how old this thread was.

Interesting idea, start him off as a god in terms of powers, the sun is gone, but instead he starts losing the effectiveness of his powers, getting weaker as the game progresses. The last third of the game he's just a regular person, till something like eradicator recharges him, like in the return of superman comic series.

"It was seemingly killed in an attempt to shield Superman from a lethal blast ofKryptonite-based fuel, fully recharging the Man of Steel's powers in the process."
