Any headset solution you are going to get that works with all three will be in that price range or more expensive; I've had good experiences with Tritton headphones so you might want to look into those.

I wouldn't be surprised if in a month or two there is another Xbox 'Block Party' type event with Magicka being the headlining game. Would be a perfect fit in my opinion.

Yup. As shitty as sixaxis is on PS3, it's kind of mandatory for handhelds now. There are some amazing uses of the accelerometer as well, especially on the iPhone. I'm excited to see what NGP devs will come up with.
