Oh, well shoot. I haven't checked on this site to see if it was fixed, but the last one they uploaded didn't play, or when it did, it would stop five seconds in on the auto quality. So now, I'm going back and watching it on YouTube, and then I'll come back here to watch this one. I kind of hope they finish this since they started it. Life is Strange was pretty good, though leading up to the final chapter, even though I was still interested, I just wanted to take the thing off my system already since it had been on there since the beginning of this year.

So, when's the Heavy Rain and Beyond remasters coming out? I didn't play those originally even though I wanted to, but by now, issues aside, I'd like to experience them (and not by buying them on last-gen and playing them there). This game looks decent, at least up my ally in terms of interests, though how it's executed is different. We'll see. I only played Indigo Prophecy, and really enjoyed it other than the abrupt relationship between the two main protagonists.

Finished the campaign about two hours ago. The game was really good, I liked it. Feels kind of weird beating it in one sitting though honestly. I kind of want to already jump back in on Legendary. Halo's have never been that long of games, but I don't remember ever finishing any in one sitting before. I will say, though I think the campaign was superb, and there are some good improvements and differences, overall the game in terms of evolving in scope and impressiveness over the past ones wasn't that big, so I don't see anyone coming out of it not thinking "yeah, it was another Halo!"

I felt all the other Halo's felt more evolutionary in some manner, or just took the scale to a different level, while this still remains impressive, but doesn't drastically feel different to the same extent. Also, I don't want to say I'm disappointed in the ending, as it's just not that strong a feeling, but I suppose somewhat disappointed is a correct way to say it, simply because with the way it ends, it just makes me wish I didn't have to wait yet again for more Halo story. It's not an end that makes you want to wait for a few more years, but at most a year to get the conclusion (though that wouldn't be beneficial to the game).

I know many aren't fans of number scores here, but I would say (with the way I score games), I'd give the game, just by the campaign, a 9.1, give or take, perhaps a digit up or down. The campaign certainly has issues, and I feel like there wasn't enough of it if I had to complain about it, but it's all enjoyable.

Sounds like Jeff didn't end up liking the Halo 5 campaign, just by the words and tone.

Some (maybe many) think it's not important, but I see it as important that Nintendo keep up hardware-wise with the other console makers. I loved two gens ago when, at least for the most part for me personally, all three consoles were on par with one another; all having enough third party titles to go along with their exclusives. Nintendo are awesome at making their games, and I don't mind them wanting to be original, doing their own thing, but I really want to see them make consoles graphics wise, as well as the other two.

Visuals aren't everything, but it does help, and it also helps developers want to create titles on that system. Not merely due to visuals (because I think Nintendo exclusives look pretty good as they are), but I rarely play the Wii U, just as the Wii, and it's unfortunate. I also hope they implement the option to do 5.1 Dolby Digital through optical, because the One and PS4 do it again as they did with last-gen, and yet the Wii U jumping to current, still didn't do it, but opted for another way to do surround, which is only through HDMI and 6.1 (which is better if you have the set up, but not what I have).

Perhaps contrary to what others want, but I don't want Nintendo to back away from consoles and go full mobile, or simply handheld. I want to be able to have consoles from Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo, all giving me choices of different versions of the same game (one is often better than the other, even if in minor ways), as well as great exclusives. I kind of doubt it, but I'm hoping the whole mobile thing will just be a periphery to the console, in which you buy separately.
