It cost £7.99 and it was about 3-4 hours long, but it felt very much like the first 3-4 hours of a new Assassins Creed game, in that it was half tutorial and very little development of the storyline. I thought it was slow to notice the changes in the 'timeline' and almost all of the levels felt twice as long as they needed to be (ie. a turret sequence where you shoot squads of guys coming up a hill) and more follow missions. I did like the new abilities you get in it but there is far too little free roam opportunity to use them in any kind of open world sense.

Has anyone played it yet, what do you guys think?

My housemate and I have gone to the university library, only open one hour after the event starts, because our home internet is too slow. GB chat plus the sony blog one depending on whether GB can stream it or not.

I played it earlier. It's not long and i felt it was representative of this kind of working environment. I worked in this type of incoming call centre in the summer of this year and This game totally sums up the everyday idiots who ring up expecting you to be able to deal with everything with minimal effort on their part.

@TehPickle: I live about an hour north of Manchester and I havn't ever had problems with Virgin. We get up to 30mbs consistently and friends who live nearby get up to 50mbs also with Virgin Media. I thought they were helpful on the phone and online in the past too. But now I'm at uni in Hull and we get up to about 5mbs but with a different ISP

I'm not trying to flip out over this but I have already pre ordered the "freedom edition" of this game and that was £80. I don't really think it is worth it to be honest but I am a massive fan of the series so I don't much care. But when shit like this happens where they want another £20~ from me to get what is essentially the full game it pisses me off a little. Like why not just make a bundle when people buy the game that includes all the DLC that is going to come out? It's not like the people who get these collector bundles are going to trade the game in.

@jking47: I tend to do this, or just wear the t-shirts and hope someone recognises them.
