I guess The End was infected with parasites as well. Having splotchy eyes and doing weird things in the forest, did you see Quiet have her rainbow dance in the water during the fight?

I don't see Jeff being as high on this once he finishes the story, considering he was already disappointed with it pre-29. Dan worships at the altar of Kojima so I'd be really surprised if he doesn't like it. The gameplay is really strong but the writing could knock it off the number 1 position.

When I got there, I just ran around choking everyone out and fultoning them when I could, until the whole base was totally empty so I could properly explore this place without bother. I found some grenades, but in the very same room there was a bunch of radio equipment on a table I'd seen many times in the game before, but had no idea if it actually did anything, so I radio'd Kaz for some intel. Turns out if you blow up that one target, it takes down all of the communications and all you have to do then is exfiltrate. I'm like, 50 hours into the game at that point and still discovering totally new stuff.

Brad was right-- everyone has their own story for how the missions went down.

I'm super sad that there were only two. Some of the most fun I had with the game for sure. Might be something that the LA studio could put together as a cheap DLC piece, "play any mission in total stealth/extreme/subsistence mode", obviously it would take a little bit of work because the Subsistence missions had some tweaks to make it more reasonable but I would probably pay $5 for it.
