I know the idea is preposterous, but I recently discovered I hate my Xbox. While my gamerscore is not impressive at all, my gamertag is attached to a ridiculous amount of content including the majority of the Rock Band DLC and all of the Guitar Hero II and III DLC.
 
I was wondering if anybody would be willing to purchse it for half the full value.

To do a Raiden based game, they'd have to make it more ninja gaiden-y. There's no way they could pull off the badassery Raiden shows off in cutscenes in a Metal Gear Solid format. For some reason I imagine a new protagonist, with Snake taking a Colonel Campbell type role while simultaneously dying. He's a great multi-tasker.
