They're not individuals, and their not my favourite companies but I can't help but be excited (maybe intensely interested is a better way of saying it) to see what Respawn and Bungie are working on.
If I HAVE to pick an individual, I'd probably say Inafune because of his recent turmoil.
Like the PS3 thread I'll just pull the first ten off the top of my head:
Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise
Gears of War (any or all)
Dance Central 2
Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts
Halo: Reach
Dead Rising
Mass Effect
Forza
Shadow Complex
Blue Dragon (yes, I'm one of those)
It was a little harder to name ten for the 360 than it was for the PS3 but only because I don't like loading the list with multiple games from the same franchise. Personally I think PS3 has the greater number of must-play exclusive IPs, but I think the 360 has stronger exclusive franchises.
Because we don't want to see big big evil company like EA run a small, friendly, Mom-n-Pop shop like Valve out of business? Bit of a shame that a company isn't allowed to sell it's own products sans-middleman without silly, self-righteous, internet indignation.
...also, I refuse to buy any more Valve games until they make them available on Origin (I bet you hear how silly that sounds despite being more-or-less the same thing).
