NPCs rag-dolling strait up into the sky is always a treat.

Great mod, and great response by the bride to be. To both of you, as cliche as it may be but as important as it is... many years of health and happiness and unconditional love.

I am trying to not to spoil too much, but please do come back later after you've finished with the game.

I have added quite a bit over the past few days.

Haven't updated in awhile. Now's as good a time as any, with the release of Skyrim and all. Just purchased it on Steam a few days ago and like everyone else, I am awestruck.

So much so I decided to, not unlike many other people I'm sure, start a photoblog of my journey through the game. I will be updating it about every other day. Enjoy! You know, if you enjoy this sort of thing.

I welcome any feedback or suggestions.

How long are you traveling? Just stick with BG2 and Planescape... and explore everything they have to offer. The richness of the stories and the depth of the games should satisfy you just fine. Forget everything else anyone recommends in this post henceforward. :)

Been playing Oblivion for a month or so now. Normal difficulty, slider is in the middle. I am level 9, and Journeyman in most all my major skills... Armorer, Blunt, Heavy Armor, Alteration, Sneak, Marksmanship... and I have done a bunch of side quest (not nearly even close to all of them). I have just finished the second to last main storyline quest and haven't had any real trouble getting through it all, nor any of the Mage guild quests and other quests.

<SPOILERS>

Now I am on the last part of the of the main questline, the part where you take Martin back to Imperial City to the tower, to fight Dagon and his minions. The NPCs with me are getting slaughtered in a matter of minutes, and I am finding myself facing hordes of mobs all at once rather quickly, and getting killed without a chance to do much by the time Dagon appears. This is all odd to me because I have had relatively no issues killing things and advancing the quest line until now. Obviously the last story quests of the game should be hard, but I feel like I am missing something critical.

Did I move to fast through the main quest line?. I realize the game is meant to be played in a explore-the-world and take your time kind of way... but I just wanted to get the story moving and finish the expansions in time for Skyrim.   I am thinking I should go back and level up to near max level, get master in more primary skills? If so, what sort of path would you recommend? Perhaps do all the guild quests? Do some random dungeon hopping? Then go back at level XX and go back and try final quests again?

Thanks in advance!

@Zafmg: As far as I know, mounts still haven't been confirmed... according to my logic, I doubt we will be turning into dragons if mounts aren't even a done deal yet. Besides, doesn't becoming a dragon change the game mechanic, story, and everything else? Go play Spyro?

EDIT: Ugh, troll. Oh well.

I thought the the Thieves Guild and the Fighter/Mages guild had a strict "do not murder" policy. I always had assumed that if I started killing NPCs they would kick me out of those guilds? Is this not true?

So weary of unfinished games being released. I thought this was a problem that would only continue to get worse for the MMO world. Was this a publisher-rush-developer thing? Anyone know?
