I get the feeling anytime sees the pricing on something like this they automatically go, "i think it should be (listed price -$5-10)". It's hard to quantify these things i guess but i personally think it's pretty fair especially if you own the base game/dlc. Hell, most companies wouldn't discount at all even if you own previous versions.
Also steam forum users are pretty much never pleased with anything, so that's a hard way to measure true quality.
Stay the hell away from Steam forums, especially in light of announcements like this. Most have a very tenuous grasp on games development and how much work can go into stuff.
The durability bug still being in is ridiculous though, doubly so if it exists on the PS4/X1 versions. Such a rerelease would have been perfect to fix this kind of stuff.
yeah that bug does sound pretty shitty, but my first playthrough was on pc and i only just heard about it so ignorance is bliss? something like that sounds like it'd be damn near impossible to weed out without recoding from the bottom up so it's a tad understandable.
