True, but that might have changed after the purchase of Bioware. I'm sure Bioware/EA owns the IP, and can throw it in any direction they want. There might be some issues with MassEffect 1 being ported, but I can't see a reason Microsoft can stop them from making MassEffect 2 multi.
It sounds like EA isn't commenting on a PS3 version, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I think Nolan is on contract for at least one more Batman movie. I'm sure after the success of The Dark Knight will push him to make at least one more. I don't want them to end!
