@schnoo: The point of the question was to see other's opinions and why they ended up at their conclusion as to which controller they really feel comfortable with. At this point, I would have to say that the DS4 is favored, but only because I have spent so much time with it compared to my XBO controller. I am just interested in others' opinions.

For something like Dark Souls, always the DS4 - I think the bumpers on the Xbone pad are rotten.

I second this, definitely. The one imperfection I notice on the XBO controller is the cheap feel of the top bumpers. Playing Bloodborne with the DS4 is extremely satisfying.

Xbox always for me. It's the thumbstick placement, it feels better, also i have large hands so when i hold a Playstation controller, due to the placement of their thumbsticks it just feels small and toyish.

Come to think of it, definitely agree here. Even though I really do like the DS4, I have large hands, and have always felt the XBO controller to be more accommodating. I guess I was staring the answer in the face all along!

@mb: Haha how did I know this answer would come up?! Yes sir, I do like my trusty KB+M, but I will be playing on my consoles in the man cave. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Just pick whatever feels more comfortable over long stretches of time.

I completely agree with what you mean, the thing is that I have only spent long periods of time with Bloodborne on PS4. For my XBO, I play maybe for an hour or two at a time with a buddy, handing the controller back and forth, playing Forza Horizon 2. I want to get a couple games like Dragon Age: Inquisition and The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, and just want to get the smoothest and most comfortable experience possible. I really don't care about that argument of 900p vs 1080p.

I understand everything you are saying but there is something about that classic Bungie "30 seconds of fun" that I can't stop gobbling up. I thought I would be ditching this game once the re-release of Grand Theft Auto V came, but I see myself entering my man cave every night and grabbing the Destiny box to keep working for that nice rare item! It's an addiction, and I have to come to terms with it. Maybe time for 12 steps? Na, I'm gonna play some more Destiny!

I will say, however, that charging $35 for content that is ALREADY ON THE DISC is something that enrages me. The only reason I purchased the DLC is because I got the game for $10 after a few trade-ins.

@vextroid: I'm Level 17 - I completely agree on the Glimmer not being an issue, it's just one of those splinters in my mind that is going to bother me for a while. Grr! Eh, I'll get over it. Thanks for the reply :-)

I just purchased a Seeker vehicle and one mission later on Mars, I am awarded with one. I'm sure I don't have to mention how frustrated I am with spending 2250 currency on something just to be rewarded with a replacement minutes later. Is there any way I can sell the vehicle? The only option I have in my equipment list is to "discard" the object. Any help at all is appreciated! Game on duders.

I'll never forget the podcast when all the guys tried the free Swedish candy they were sent by developers and almost immediately after putting the candy in his mouth, Ryan cried, "SWEDISH ASSHOLES!!!" That was my Ryan moment. I had the great opportunity to exchange a couple emails with him regarding our birthdays (mine being the day before him) and wish each other many more happy years. Unfortunately, he didn't get those many years. As many more have said on this comment thread, it is amazing how choked up I got over someone whom I never knew personally. I don't know whether to be jealous of the GiantBomb crew for having known Ryan, or be the utmost relieved that my hurt is NOWHERE near what they are feeling right now.

Rest in peace, Ryan. I am sure that just because you are no longer here in the physical world, that won't mean a damn thing to those who knew and loved you.

~~Another Ryan
