Dan reveling in everyone's pain is just so antithetical to the spirit of this website. Him giggling like a 4 year old at the end was pretty disgusting tbh.
I'm surprised that Dan stuck to this bit after the overwhelming 'success' of the last video he was playing. Can't say I'm a fan of it, honestly. But that's just me.
The core of the problem is that Dan sees 700 angry comments and thinks "This was a success." He doesn't understand the difference between people being mad at him for being a villain and people being mad at him for being a bad storyteller.
It's literally what people get upset at Vince McMahon for. He's always excited when crowds boo, because "it's a reaction." He, similarly, doesn't understand that you want your audience to be engaged with the stories you tell, not just react.
Agreed. Him being an ass "naturally" or "accidentally" or whatever is one thing. But he's CLEARLY heard criticism from both the community and DAVE FUCKING LANG but he keeps on with this shtick. One day, Dan will learn that he's not actually Andy Kaufman.

It's freaking 3 hours long, and the guy manages to make it somewhat entertaining. I felt even more confused after having watched the video, Nomura is definitely a literal god.
I remember giving advice last episode about firefight experience. I think they did that this stream and it's paying off. Seem to be getting better at shooting, how weapons work, etc.
However, I'd say next is situational awareness. @alex walking by that guy along with other incidents of the guys committing friendly fire is pretty funny, but it can be avoided as the crew works on being aware of stuff. Abby is actually kind of smart keeping her hair out because you can look at her and recognize that's your teammate pretty quickly. Alex' little mask could be his thing. Vinny has glasses usually, etc. Keeping a somewhat standard set of gear on your person will help you guys recognize each other.
I think when my buddies and I play, we already have our set "outfits" that we usually rock with, so it's simple to tell when someone does not belong and that means immediately start the murder train. The guys don't seem to be paying as much attention to what the other one is wearing, so I'm sure Alex is like "Oh this is just Brad. Abby, you're getting shot, oh shit that wasn't Brad". If you guys stick with a somewhat standard attire (besides armor) and keep tracking it, it'll be easier to recognize each other. In that case, when you don't recognize someone, it'll be much safer to shoot and ask questions later.
Either way, this episode was the best yet. The crew steadily increased in skills, in my opinion. Good shit, murder squad.
Yeah, I'm halfway through this episode, and @alex walked by two people so far :D The second one, I thought he was going to walk up on him and drop him, but nope.
Also, the duders gotta learn to exploit bushes, laying down in grass don't do shit for people that have graphics turned down to low.
