" Gotta say, this map pack looks like a huge improvement over the last one. "
Looks the same to the same story to me. 3 new, 2 old = 15 bucks...but here they are trying to hype it up by pushing carnival. Kinda funny actually, everyone complained about the first map pack, but they bought it. Now they are doing it to consumers again, and once again...they'll buy it. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me.
If anyone has listened to their podcast they went on a long tangent on how they really liked RDR. If they got a late copy, the review is probably going to be late also. Plus, maybe they are playing the game through all the way to give a full review instead of playing for 5 hours then putting out an opinion (like many game sites do). Who knows. This game is also not a 6-8 hour campaign, I've been playing for 30 or so hours (not including multiplayer) so far and still am not near the end. But, I trust we will have a non biased review some time. As for TNT, while it may be fun, there is still a lot of time where it could be a possibility...relax.
Personally I like the setup they have now, but everything takes money. I can see if GB gets larger, you would see more advertising only because it is a way to raise money to help fund a site. Hopefully that does not happen because I really enjoy the personalized views of the video games that are not influenced by advertising dollars.
