I never had a pc growing up and trying to get planescape torment running on modern pc's well has been more work than it seems to be worth, but I'm really excited for this, especially after watching the story trailer.
Not the worst example but one that happened last night. Friend begged me to play Undertale. Finished pacifist run and doing Genocide now, I have died fighting Undyne like 40 times now.
So my friend and I are about to start playing Final Fantasy VI. I have experience with the series, but not a lot with VI, she has zero experience with any FF although plays games frequently. We're playing the SNES version and wondering if any of you had any tips for us? Obviously refrain from spoilers, more just general things we should/shouldn't be doing. She will be taking the lead, and I've thought of having my own file to play alongside whenever we aren't playing together. Is that a horrible idea? Should I just keep the game fresh, only play through it together and not risk burning out early?
Ive been thinking about getting one or upgrading my monitor (either ultrawide or 144hz). The biggest thing Im feeling towards getting a Vive is that the room my pc lives in is largely empty so I could actually take good advantage of room scale. Since I would be able to use room scale does that make it cool enough, people who own one?
Am I an idiot? I can't figure out what to do, I keep getting blocked by too many gems at the very start and I feel like Im missing something mega obvious... Im probably an idiot...
It's installing right now. As a Dota fan, I never saw the purpose in Paragon. Seemed much too derivative of previous games to be able to offer anything unique and thus create a strong community. This update has piqued my curiousity and I'll be playing it tonight.
EDIT: I've played a few real matches now, I really like the game. I did not expect to, but it seems to offer some unique experiences from the other big moba's. Im really digging it.
So what seems like might be a better idea for the time being would be a What Are We Reading type thread. Due to the different levels of commitment and interests.
