You could have been playing since you were able to hold an controller or since last year. As long as you have fun in gaming and can appreciate the piece of art that is unfolding before your eyes, then I think you can call yourself a gamer.
@JJWeatherman: There used to be a Facebook log in icon next to the normal log in, that logged us in if we were logged into facebook.
