As you saw I deleted my post right after posting it as I just didnt feel it was needed. You have your opinion. You singled out my earlier post to the effect of I had not done any research. Ive read all the news on this issue. Its disgraceful and unacceptable in MY OPINION.
You telling me that maybe I need to do more research is honestly just insulting. Am I somehow going to research that they didnt lose my personal information? If not then there is no purpose to your reply to my post.
Yeah...not to pile on but this really is such a fiasco. This is just so unacceptable that its not even funny. You have to be either an employee of Sony or have a Sony fanboy tattoo to be defending them at this point.
I have only had a couple Xbox 360's for the last several years and thought about getting a PS3 a couple months ago. No way I do it at this point just on principle.
The original PSO on Dreamcast was awesome.....the second PSO Universe or whatever sucked. I really hope they come through with this one. PSO is a great alternative to the heavy MMO's of today. It was more about faster action and fun. Didnt stress your brain more then needed.
Well I got the game last night. Had been wanting to get it at launch but didnt have the money yet (waiting to get paid by late paying clients is always fun). Anyway...I downloaded i last night as I said and fired it up expecting a bunch of problems....it ran perfect.
I played for about 2 hours without one issue. Im playing on a pretty new system.... one of hte ASUS G73 gaming laptops. (i7 quad, 6gb ram, 5870 ATI, Win7 64bit) Game seems very promising. I of course had some issues with a few interface items not being very intuitive etc. But the game itself seemed to run just fine.
Looking forward to playing some more. Stardock has a good track record for supporting a game over the long term. Unlike practically every other company....for instance EA who supports a game about 2-3 months then moves on.
