I picked up Dead Space today for a play through. This was after numerous recommendations from friends, journalists, Giantbomb users and more. It deffinately lives up to expectations but being a bit of a wus can I stand up to its terrifying ways. The first moment I took control of Isaac this game shit me up big style the sound design is brilliant and just makes the whole game extremely haunting. Stay tuned to my blog for further impressions and most of all to see if I survive.

Tomorrow I will be picking up a new game to play through reporting on my first impressions and review. It will probably be battlefield bad company or Dead Space. The week after I will be buying Wii Sports Resort so stay tuned to my blog. Got to rush off now for a game of one versus 100.

I have had Resident Evil 5 for a few weeks now and I am still loving it still plodding through veteran and upgrading weapons for achievements. The thing that surprised me most is how fun it is to keep unlocking stuff hopefully now having unlimited ammo for my magnum now wont effect the fun really props to capcom for making a single player game have such a lasting effect.

My new tv is coming up trumps and I sat down for a bit today and played the battlefield 1943 trial and I quite like it apart from stuggling with the vehicles I quickly racked up the kills. It looks very pretty but I dunno if its worth the 1200 points as I can see getting quickly bored of it because you stuggle to feel like you getting anywhere. Does anybody have the game and have some positive comments about this aspect I really would like to know.

My tv got replaced today i went for another samsung due to positive feedback from people on giantbomb and its a couple of inches bigger and any girl will tell you that matters. This means I am happy and will be able to play my xbox again so woohoo!

My summer plan hasnt gone quite to plan so far couldnt get hold of no more heroes to play this week and didnt wanna start a 360 game with my personal tv down but I will try to still run some useful things this week and hopefully everything will be up and running by next week at the latest bare with me.

I bought a samsung tv about a year ago and its about to go for its second repair the first time it just wouldnt turn on. This time it made a high pitch whining then broke. I bought samsung over other brands due to their reputation am I unlucky or are they unreliable. Also anyone following my blog this is the TV my 360 is linked to so expect lots of Wii games to be played till its fixed.

I decided to play some more Resident Evil 5 today try and get unlimited ammo for my magnum the thing is I decided to do my new game + on veteran. I am not finding it too difficult lately but CAPCOM sure know how to mix things up by just plain changing things. I finished off a chainsaw guy who was already surprisingly tough on veteran only to find that once i took his key of him he got back up and went plain mental. It really is a good way of making the harder difficulty more interesting than just toughening up the enemies. Resident Evil 5 really keeps me impressed and if you wanna here more of my impressions check out previous blog posts and my review.

Finally I have also decided not to start a new game this week and just spend some time getting more achievements and unlockables in Resident Evil 5 and Burnout so expect a new game next week and some smaller blog posts this week.
