That is right GB the quest to perfect guile has begun once again .  I need to get better with this flattop wonder . So this is how I'll go about it :
 
I shall be updating this blog with several things :
 
1. New combos i have learned  

2.When and how to punish 

3. Matchups that i have trouble with 

4. Videos of my matches with my commentary on them 
 
Lets get it started with a few matches i recorded tonight .

No, Blanka can tech the throw after a regular up ball EX-Upball he recovers slower and cannot tech the throw. Sweep him or cr. fierce him "

Can't add much constructive criticism, maybe I'll offer some "learning opportunities" next time I play you... like punishing people that charge mindlessly into Guile's fists.

For Blanka i think i need to keep pressure on him ....but as you can see in that video that blanka was all over me "

That Ryu match needed more sunglasses action. Just put them on at the start of each round. You might get hit by a massive combo but so what, you're wearing sunglasses!
 
Being real for a second I think you spend too much time crouched. I know that guy was a bit of a turtle Ryu but if you don't attack him then he has nothing to worry about except blocking projectiles.

You use sweep alot and jump in everytime you are at a certain distance. I have no idea how to punish guiles sweep but i'm sure you can.

Yo yo drop me an invite to one of these GB endless battles sometime :D I'd love to practice against Guile, Super SFIV Guile's have been walking all over me I just can't get in on the bastards, would be awesome to get some practice in.

I wish I could give some sort of sage advice but... I can't use guile and I hate fighting him. :) I'm interested in your review of that arcade stick though. Is that the "official SFIV" fightstick? Been looking into picking that one up since it's almost half the price of the tournament edition one.

Seems like you could have sonic boom'd Ryu every time that you blocked his sweep.  Does the flash kick have enough range to hit him after blocking a sweep?  Anyway, that's all that dude did.
 
There are lot of ways to punish Guile's sweep, so maybe that's a habit to break yourself of.  Not that I'm telling you anything you haven't already said.
