I actually enjoyed a fair bit of Episode 3 which is something I can't say for 1 or 2. Episode 3 got saddled with having to have all the character and plot development that should have been spread across 3 films crammed into it to have it line up with 4. If those first two had been at all competent I think the third could have actually been pretty great.
The worst for me, by far, is Episode 2. The lows in the first are probably worse, but there were some parts of it that weren't completely awful. 2 was just unbearable the entire way through, with no relief.
Borderlands 2 managed to do more than kill the first game for me. It killed any interest I had in the entire franchise. While it was mechanically superior in a lot of ways I thought the enemy design ranged from okay to infuriating. The story attempting to make out all these murderous psycho vault hunters to be some sort of heroes was ridiculous, and I certainly didn't love to hate Handsome Jack, I just flat out hated him. To the point where I muted the tv every time he opened his obnoxious mouth. Which was about every 3 seconds cause he never shut the fuck up.
I probably spent about half as much time in Borderlands 2 as I did the first one, and that was too much.
@horseman6: It's not a narrative, it's words from his own mouth. They wanted to ban Muslims, this is what they could get away with legally. He said it on videotape. Unless your claim is that Giuliani is lying then framing it as some sort of "narrative" rather than reality is ludicrous.
@maginnovision: Yes, people are believing what they've been told by Trump during his campaign and by Rudy Giuliani a couple days ago. Giuliani was called on to figure out how to do a Muslim ban legally. He freely admits it, why is this a point of contention?
@jonny_anonymous: The main stories in Elder Scrolls games have always been awful and I generally fell off them pretty quickly. My memories of Morrowind involve giant mushrooms and crazy bug monsters, but if they're giving fans what they want that's cool.
I'm glad the game is healthy enough to keep putting out stuff like this and it's being faithful to their established lore.
Oh, okay. I never think about the Dwemer when I think of Morrowind. I'd want all the crazy animals and shit, I've seen enough yellow automatons already.
