Sounds like it's worth picking up! I just watched the co-op quicklook and that pretty much tipped the scales in favour of buying the game now rather than later. Lucky for me and my wife, we only need to purchase one copy digitally between the two of us on PS4 thanks to the primary console option.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm sure as reviews roll out we'll get a better feel for how the online co-op holds up. What I'm wondering is if anyone has had any luck playing with friends online yet and what their thoughts were on that experience. Was there any jank introduced from poor network code or lag? Does the game scale difficulty based on how many people are in the game world? Is story progress achieved in multiplayer something that carries over back into your own single player campaign? Was it way more fun co-op?

Stuff like that :) Thanks!

@tregota: yeah I can confirm that the same thing fixed the problem for me too. Seems like the ApiKey() call is the culprit.

Just a bit more context for other folks looking to fix things in the meantime, head to your plex media server plugins folder and under:

Giant Bomb.bundle\Contents\Services\URL\GiantBomb\ServiceCode.pys

Fire up the ole text editor and on line 59 near the bottom, replace the ApiKey() call with your API key. Since it's just hard coding the string into the query, just add it like so:

... + '&api_key=yourapikeyhere'

You can drop the + after the quotation mark because there's nothing else afterward to add.

Note that updates to the plugin will overwrite this fix, but the update should fix this problem anyway! :)

I watched a YouTube video with screenshots of all the NES games ever. I figured 10 minutes of that would be better than trying to rely on my memory. Saw it about 2 minutes in.

Ahoy! I recently went on a nostalgia trip and started playing through some old NES games of yore. It has been startling to see how many games I played for hours as a kid having no recollection of advancing past the first few screens. I was either terrible at games back then, or just real dumb.

On that note, I've been trying to track down the name of this game. It's one of the few we had in the house growing up and I would die forever playing it.

Thanks for the help! Also happy Independence Day where applicable!

Not sure if you guys know about http://emblemsbf.com/

It takes the littlest bit of console-fu in your browser to import the emblem. They have a tutorial on how to do it.

I find if you can think of it, someone's already tried making it. Plus it's a lot easier to edit someone else's work to your liking than it is to start from scratch! =)

@starfishhunter9: I think the problem is you need Premium to get all 40 layers for the emblem. I truly am the 1%.

Pretty happy with how mine turned out. Definitely needed each of the 40 layers.

I made it available to everyone so you can copy if you're a fan of Raging Abe Simpson.
