Not sure how the rules work between two dudes. You would think you could just both be cool about it and not have to deal with all the weird relationship bullshit that goes on in heterosexual relationships. Apparently not though.
In my opinion, you should have at least a day barrier between the date and when you start talking to them again, also you shouldn't just start texting them random conversation shit unless they do it first and you are cool with that. Just because you went out on a date doesn't mean you are 'dating' per se, so you don't want to be clingy and scare them off. Wait the day and then text them something like "Hey I had fun the other night, wanna go out again sometime?"
Or better yet, be more precise and ask for a specific day or the weekend. Most people like to have a more focused plan presented to them, it shows good character traits and initiative, which is generally attractive. Just don't be too clingy. Also, if you ask them if they are free on the weekend for a plan and they say no, they might be trying to blow you off (OMGNOTLIKETHAT), so suggest that they let you know when they are free sometime and you can plan something for then. That way the ball is in their court, and you will know if they are interested or not simply by whether they make a plan with you or not.
The trick is to be the right amount of passive-aggressive so that you can extract answers from them subtly, its also great to not have to worry about misconstruing what they said and all that. If they call you then they like you, if not then they don't, it can definitely still suck, but its a lot nicer knowing for sure either way.
Email them or their agent or publishers and see if you can set something up.
Also call them. Random people on the internet don't use phones, professionals do. Just make sure you are confidant and prepared or else you will ruin your chances forever.
I do think you could've talked more about the story more though, espically the one moment near the end. (You know it.) and it's brilliant foreshadowing. (it's bioshock style quality in that regard.) it's something you do not realize upon your first playthrough, but upon your second you definitly notice it.

Reviews are meant to tell people how good or bad the game is, and in what aspects it is strong/weak. Revealing major spoilers and ruining the game is not what reviews are for. Is that something you want to read about in a game before you play it? I doubt it.
