I recommend finding some bands you like, and using something like TuneGlue to find similar bands. Great way to find more of what you like.

For my recommendations I'll go with Oomph! A German metal band, very popular and are the main inspiration for Rammstein which you have likely heard of. IMO they are infinitely better than them though.

My other recommendation is something very different, and a bit acquired, they're called Van Canto and they are a rock/metal acapella group, IE: They use voices instead of instruments. Though they do have a drummer. Anyways, they do a ton of covers of awesome metal and rock songs and are kind of amazing. Check em:

Sound quality on youtube fucking sucks. =/

Hmm I thought it was 5000? I can never keep up. All's I know is that Satan put fossils in the earth to trick us and test our faith.

I listen to a lot of meditation and gregorian chant to get to sleep. The chant is extremely relaxing and easy to focus my mind on until I fall asleep. The meditation tends to be more background relaxing and I usually like to just let my imagination run wild while drifting to sleep.

I have some more traditional and exotic meditation music. Same thing you say? No! Traditional in the sense that when you imagine meditation music you imagine that kind of music. The exotic stuff can be really interesting, I have a favourite one that uses japanese instruments and classic japanese noises such as that recognizable thunk noise that those bamboo things make as they fill up with water and hit the ground over and over. Very relaxing and focuses my imagination.

That is my reason for being unable to sleep, I can't turn my mind off... ever. Its always thinking, doing some asinine theoretical calculation, usually about how people (usually myself too) would react in some situation that will probably never happen. I've done it for as long as I can remember, and have always been good in social situations because of it, but it also causes me to waste 2-3 hours getting to sleep each night. Its really wasteful of my life. All those extra hours I could be doing things instead spent trying to force my mind to quit thinking and let me sleep. Ugh.

Anyways! You should try out some meditation music and gregorian chant. Some people also find listening to familiar music or audiobooks and such to be really helpful, because you know the story or what happens next, your mind doesn't need to focus on listening. My girlfriend listens to the Harry Potter audiobooks all the time when she needs to relax.

Also, I'm not religious =P Gregorian chant is just beautiful.

EDIT: OH! I just remembered this, its totally amazing/nerdy. Which is perfect. Ctrl click these links to open them both at the same time!  Maybe turn the first one's volume to half.

ONE

TWO

Once they are both playing... just close your eyes! Perfect!

Ummm...I heard that Stretching is bad.   And hey dammit CVS just closed so I'm in for another night of this shit. But I'll look for some of that gel, thanks. "
That article is poorly named. The takeaway from it should be this sentence near the end

" Instead, Booth recommends active stretches that mimic the movement of your intended activity, like some deep knee lunges while walking for runners. "

Stretching is still very important so you don't fuck up yourself like you did =P

I'd wear it if it wasn't pink, hopefully you are trendy enough to pull it off, or flaming gay.

No. When I choose a username I pick something I wont hate in 6 months.

Plus as soon as people start changing their usernames all hell breaks loose and nobody can keep track of anyone.

*Eyes you guys suspiciously*

An explanation of what the hell it is would be cool for the uninitiated.
