I hope in a way that this game will see years of updates. the day we will have Latitudinal zones like polar ice caps and tropics on the same planet , along with geomorphological algorithms to create river valleys, canyons and seas, I could explore this universe forever.
I remember starting to play this with a friend who I had a many great coop Halo 1+2 XBOX memories with. I lasted about 15 minutes before syaing " lets play Halo again".
This is a great way to remember (and not offend people) as to which words mean what.
Some Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish people will get 'very' angry if you refer to the whole thing as Britain when you only mean England, or use England when you mean the whole of Britain, (although most will understand that you're american and don't understand the issue or hundreds of years of history that comes with the politics of it).
A fair amount of Scottish people want whoever England is playing against to Win.
If you want to know the reasons why people consider it very insulting, a good place to start would be to looking up "IRA", "persecution by the English", "Irish potato famine", Scottish Independence, Plaid Cymru, or watch Braveheart, among others.
As an American, it was only until recently in my 38 years that I thought the UK was nothing more than England (and Wales) and some island colonies. Scotland was it's own country, I'm still not sure it is part of the UK. I thought Wales was just a regional term, like saying Queens, NY. I knew about the IRA and Northern Ireland, but thought it was either part of Ireland now, or something like Taiwan just floating about. I think in the terms of "British", "Scottish", and "Irish", and I'm a little stubborn to want to change that.
