    Red Baron 3-D is a heavily patched version of Red baron II. It was released in 1998 as a stand alone game, one year after Red Baron II. The game featured improved graphics, sound and flight model and took advantage of the, at the time, advanced 3dfx Voodoo video cards. It also had dedicated servers for online play.
