I was forwarded this link not even a few minutes ago and I have to say, it's pretty brilliant. The skit, that is, the game you can judge for yourself. There is some blatant Stretch Armstrong animation going on though, we can reserve final judgement when the product is playable.

I swear that even the lighting/texture looks different while the arm is in motion. My guess is that maybe the model's aren't of the same file and molded together when the action takes place? That would be an odd way to go about doing it.

Haha, man, those "good work" animations are tremendously bad. I basically expect to enjoy this game, but wow. Enjoyed that segment.

Great stuff. Conan needs to do these more often.

It's also striking how he calls out bullshit that we gamers have gotten used to ("badass with gun gets blocked by chairs").

That review was kind of perfect. The "these aren't zombies; they're pinatas" was particularly insightful/hilarious.
