Setting for the first Resident Evil, where the secret mansion lab was located.
A floor below ground level in buildings found in some parts of the world. A chief dwelling of zombies, ghosts and portals from hell.
A room which is devoted entirely to hygiene, containing a toilet and sometimes a sink. Residential bathrooms typically have a shower or bathtub.
The dining room is a room specifically used for people to eat in. Usually contains a table, chairs, and periodically, food.
Halls, also called hallways or corridors, are areas that connect rooms. Not much happens here except people going from one room to another, but in some games the player sees little else.
Haunted houses are ominous places full of dread. If you dare enter, anything from flying books to hordes of zombies await you.
Where evil is created, or at least where scientific experiments are conducted. Test tubes filled with pretty liquids are almost a must.
Excessively large and luxurious houses, usually built on several thousand square feet.
A elevation of land rising to a height greater than 610 meters.
The setting of the first and several subsequent Resident Evil games is utterly overrun by zombies created by the Umbrella Corporation's runaway T-virus.
Where things get done and everything goes wrong.
A location in a video game where the player can refresh his or her resources. Stereotypically health/medkits, ammunition, etc.
This is the mansion in which the original Resident Evil takes place. The mansion was commissioned by Ozwell E. Spencer and created by architect George Trevor. The mansion is actually a cover for a secret lab underneath it. It is destroyed by Albert Wesker.
