    Overview

    Capcom Production Studio 4, the fourth of Capcom's five internal development studios, has developed many of Capcom's critically acclaimed games, including Resident Evil 4, Killer7, and Devil May Cry.

    The Capcom 5

    The Capcom 5 is an infamous set of five games set to be developed by Capcom Production Studio 4 and announced to be exclusive to the NIntendo GameCube. The games include P.N. 03, Viewtiful Joe, Killer 7, Resident Evil 4, and the unpublished game, Dead Phoenix. The set of games is infamous because not only did every game except Resident Evil 4 fail to meet sales expectations, only one of the games, P.N. 03, was exclusive to the GameCube. Later Capcom USA stated that only one of the games was ever in talks with Nintendo to be exclusive to the GameCube. The Capcom 5 is often cited as the reason for Capcom and Nintendo's currently less than exceptional relationship.
