Fun and addictive rhythm game from the makers of Warioware
Rhythm Tengoku is an extremely simple yet fun minigame collection that was developed by the same team that developed the Warioware games. As such, it provides short and easy to understand minigames, all centered around music. The game still has that bizarre sense of humor that made Warioware so much fun. Plucking onions to produce music? Genius, and all the more brilliant as the onions have faces and smile when successfully plucked. There are all kinds of games that are just as weird but really fun. Eventually the minigames start to repeat themselves but in more difficult forms, helping them stay fresh and interesting. There are also some fun extras, such as a drum simulation that becomes maddeningly difficult as you progress. The game can be beaten relatively quickly but it definitely has a lot of replay value. Also, since the game is based on pretty simple and easy to understand concepts, it is ideal for importing. Definitely worth a purchase, pity it was never released outside of Japan.
