Although it's Kotick and it sucks, thats actually a lot better than him getting a $15 million salary. All that extra is bonus from decimating sales targets. He may be a dick, but what he does apparently works.
Bobby Kotick frequently goes to Lowe's Parking lots, and Hires illegal Immigrants to come back to his mansion and chock him while he touches himself in the shower.
