So this morning me and a friend, who's also a duder, were talking about the possibility of a live action persona 4 movie. I mean honestly, with the anime and soon to be stage adaption it seems like a logical progression that a persona 4 movie would be made. And when I say movie, I dont mean some low budget dub, I mean a fully fledged, big budget, Holly wood theater release. So if something like this was made, would you go to see it in theaters, and who do you think the cast should be?

Some ideas we already had:

Dojima - Kurt Russell

Yound Detective/ Adachi - Channing Tatum

Nanako - Dakota Fanning's sister

Funky Student - Cuba Gooding Jr.

Igor - Danny Devito

Margaret - Scarlett Johansson

Mr. Morooka - Alan Rickman

Or screw it. I'd see it if it was some crazy take on Persona 4. Maybe about a schizophrenic teenager who believes he can jump into televisions and hangs people onto telephone poles or a total romance flick abandoning all of P4's fictional elements. Something like that.

I would be interested, if only to see how much of a train wreck it could be. If there is any game that screams anime it is Persona, and the P4 anime is already doing a fantastic job at showing that. It's like if they made a live action Phoenix Wright, they would have to be crazy... wait.
