Shizune Hakamichi is the president of the school council. She is deaf and mute, but is still strong willed and competitive. She communicates with everybody through her interpreter and best friend, Shiina "Misha" Mikado. If the player chooses her story arc, they will learn sign language in order to be able to communicate without the requirement of a interpreter.
She has a long-lasting rivalry with her first cousin, Lilly Satou, who is also the representative of Class 3-2, a class for third-year blind and legally blind students.
