The endgame "side quests" don't have the same paced checkpoints and aren't quite as obvious as to where to go and what to do so naturally they're longer. It's...beautiful!

Just gonna put this out there: I don't think Bobo needs that Goldring anymore. Could be useful for Barle or Bucca though. Also Brono didn't ever really need the Speed boost.

Edit: Great! And yeah, Bobo has 805 without versus Barle 888 with the Ring.

I don't know if it's because Ryan was tired while recording this, or he's simply gotten bored with CT, but he couldn't appear more disinterested with anything that was going on during today's episode.

They finally got the gold ring off of Bobo!

honestly guys, do you know that when you sell, you should check if the characters are EQUIPPPED WITH THE WEAPON YOU'RE TRYING TO SELL!?

Should be pretty obvious by now that equipped weapons don't show up in the selling menu. Unless you have a duplicate of them equipped on someone else, that is.

Equip the Blue Rock, then look at the Tech screen to see who you need in the group to do it, you bunch of sillies.

Also, there are Dual Tech full heals.. the 200 hp one is why you keep dying!

Hey, they actually spent a good amount of time with Barle. And finally got the wasted item off of Bobo and onto someone who could use the HP and gave him counterattacks.

Haha Ryan sure is enduring this one. Understandable(yet disappointing), retreading an old(yet changed) dungeon fighting old(yet stronger) enemies isn't exactly fun.(yet !(yet ?))

I've tried, but I am just not feeling this at all. Chrono Trigger lacks pretty much everything that made the first two endurance runs great.

Did they use Luminaire against things with high magic defense?

I'm worried they'll ignore it as a bad spell when it's not.

You just noticed it showing the stat decrease if they were to equip whatever item got highlighted after they sold the duplicate of whatever they had equipped. You can't sell stuff you have equipped.

This is going to be a very ugly boss fight. They are not going to be able to beat it unless they get some fire resistance together because I don't think they'll be able to out damage it in time.

Loving the Tyrano Lair theme.

When I played this ages ago I didn't put two and two together, but now in aftersight I really like how that cat pops up at a few crucial points seemingly for no particular reason. Ending spoiler:It's not just a random crazy thing. It's actually Brono's cat that gets lost in time at the end of the game restarting the story for New Game+ or something like that.

Man Patrick is getting annoying , he tells Ryan to do everything cmon let Ryan think for himself hes only played 16 hours of this game I think he can figure it out, and does he have to hum every single bit of music in between the times hes not talking. No more Patrick in endurance runs this is getting real boring compared to the other ER's were they just riff about random stuff during the slow times all we get here is annoying humming and stop complaining about excesive spells as you have over 100000g, you can buy heaps of shelters an ethers and its better than boring fights going on longer than they should.

Im just gonna skip these episodes and come back when they beat the game.

The game seems to have hit a rut? It felt like it was all over but they threw in a collection of pretty sloppy side quests...

Maybe if this stuff was sprinkled into the main quests, but right now it feels like they have beaten the game and just cleaning up the rest of the quests most people wouldn't bother with.

Still sad to have the feeling its almost over, play another one after this!

You can't "sprinkle in" the sidequests, because then you could accuse the game of padding.

Have you been watching any of this Endurance Run? Ryan still forgets there is a 'run' button, takes half a day to decide which low level tech to use, uses a 'heal all for small amount' spell when only one person is alive, still fumbles his way through every menu in the game...

Ryan barely has any concept of what is happening on the screen. Patrick may be annoying at times but at least he has some grasp of the game.

Is it just me, or does the Theme to the Tyrano Lair sound identical to Kuja's Theme from Final Fantasy IX during the opening and riff? God bless you Nobuo Uematsu for including that throw-back!!!

Ryan and Patrick have a lot of trouble thinking 4th dimensionally...

Well you see. There is a reason they didn't ER Catherine since that also seemed like a candidate. Jeff has explicitly said they won't be doing another Atlus game.
