Vinny was right on the mark; somas are the best healing items in the game, and they even work in battle.

Restores all HP and SP to all party members, and you can not buy them normally, you only get a small number throughout the game.

Well some other games call things like snuff souls 'small magic potions' or something. I really like the name of things in persona 4 but it also means that there should be more explination provided. "

Soma is pretty much just a portable fox that heals HP too.   No biggy, they had no way of knowing what it was and can always just use a Goho-M and use the fox's services for cheaper.
