I want to play this level going in blind, and so haven't watched it.

Did they not finish the level and upload it? Is there no code?

I caught the last two minutes. I think I'm ready for the sinisterness.

That Goomba Ball Pit proved too much for them. Can't blame them, note blocks are the worst!

I don't know what the deal was about the Zs. All I could see was 2s. Zs would have been much better than 2s.

Three hours of Mario maker with Jeff, Dan and the community? This is one of the many reasons I love Giant Bomb.

@jeff@dan When Dan was thinking about adding a second Goomba pit he moved the door that leads to that sub-area, making the level unbeatable.

I still remember when Dan said during one of the Bombcasts... "Stop me when I will try to buy Amiibo with Sword..." and what is he doing right now... buying all of them... twice. Dan is still a baby :/ I feel bad now.

So this may be a language of video games (as Austin calls it I am missing) but @jeff how would you know the first key is in the goomba pit? Might you not assume one of the other many enemies in the level has it? Or that there is a hidden fifth red coin somewhere before it? It just seems like to much of an assumption to have someone make going in blind that the key is in that specific pit.

Also Dan (wish I could find your call out name) when you were doing tool of the people you really looked like a politician and your innate competitiveness (though some of it is an act I know as you turned it off well and appropriately in the street fighter five quick look - that I thought it was just who you are for so long speaks to how well you stay in character on camera) would work well in that arena I think.

Fell asleep near the end of them making the level. Pretty frikkin' brilliant that they didn't get it uploaded. Haha.

You don't know. That's the point. It's a badly designed dick move on purpose. Because we're more interested in causing pain and misery than fun.

I will say that the odds of not finding the key accidentally at some point in your many runs when there's also another very clear objective in the pit (p switch) are probably pretty low.

Ahh yes, Mario Maker, 2016's most undeserving GOTY of 2015!
