Giant Bombcast 08-18-2009

It would be awesome if Shadow Complex comes out for PC. I love super metroid -- one of my favourite games. And of course I have gotten 200.6% completion on symphony of the night. Big metroidvania fan.
 
Edit: looking at some stuff, I think there is a PC release on the way, but I am having trouble digging up anything official on it. Its been mentioned. On some websites. On the internet. Trustworthy.

A shot of gin? I mean, sure, its a really strong flavor, but its not that much. And it tastes better  than vodka. Hell, gin and Tonic is good, since you get the flavor of the gin, but nicely toned down. Good stuff.
 
Also, I love in Arizona (Tucson). I don't go outside. Thats how I live here. Inside has air conditioning.

Also, are you guys supposed to say "Buy that game"? I mean, If it was for PC, I would, but I seem to recall you guys trying to avoid saying that on another podcast.

The more I hear you guys talk about brutal legend the less I become interested in that game.  That first quicklook had me hooked, but since then its all been down hill.  The strategy element to that game is a really big turn off for me.  What I like most is the funny dialogue and a solid hack and slash. I can live without the hack, but I can't see how the fun can make its way into a strategy game and still work well. I guess I'll have to wait and see, there is a reason Tim Schaffer is a game designer and im not.

I think you must have downloaded a version that only contains the first 20 minutes or something. They don't talk about much more then anything else. "

When I first went to Dundee for university the number of people who completely seriously asked if we spoke in limericks in Limerick was astonishing.

Much better than last weeks bombcast, they all seemed pissed off at each other. Come on, ur jobs don't suck as much as mine.
