I didn't catch the train comment as a holocaust reference, thought he made a joke about the famous german Pünktlichkeit in general. But you're probably right, which is really a shame. Not cool Ryan.

@jozzy: I think he was just struggling to say anything nice about the Germans. Also, it was a joke.

I think its our flawed American mentality that we link just about any comment made in relation to Germany as some reference to something from WW2.

I'm jealous of German trains. The Norwegian ones are a disgrace. :-(
