Reviews: Left 4 Dead 2 Video Review

I played about five hours last night and I'm totally loving everything about it.

Me getting this game all really depends on if people I know get this game.

Awesome video review Brad! But due to COD MW2 I don't think i'll be getting any new games anytime soon..........did I also mention I have Dragon Age and Forza 3 to play through as well!!?!

He didnt mention anything about the Realism mode :(

Getting the game, I thought the first one looked choppy, never bought it though. But the 2nd one is great for PC that is, as on the X360 it looks like an advanced PS2 it was made for then ported to the X360.

That's it, I'm gonna get it.

Something felt off, and sort of empty when I tried the demo. It lacked something from the first. Maybe it was just the day-time making me think that. I can see why they'd want to change it up in that way, but it still seems wrong to be shooting zombies in daylight. 
Or it could have been the sound as well. Could someone let me know if the demo is a good representation of the final audio in this game? While playing the demo it felt like there was not enough ambient noise, making all the stings and other sound effects sounds really hollow. 
 
And lastly: L4DMMO! Make it happen.

I'm waiting for the single player version, with you as Chicago Ted.

I demand brad does the next bombcast entirely in that southern accent!

Looks like a good time.

Ellis is fantastic, Coach and Nick both have a few good strong lines in there though. Scavenger Totally makes the game, and the new infected are so much fun I don't think I could ever play versus on the first one again.
This game is deffinatly worth the purchase, even owning the first one.

Nice, Ellis seems like a funny character.

Good review, Brad. Your charisma knows no bounds. I would love to get this game, but got no buddies picking it up and sure as hell not gonna play with a bunch of random chumps online.

I've played about 4 hours of the PC version of L4D2, i played through half of Parish, all of the mall one, and half of the carnival one. Game is bodacious-sly terrific:) "

Yeah and they give a crock of shit like MKvsDC a five?  I still love this site, but I rarely agree with the scores. "

Can finally play this, now that I'm getting a new PC :D

The left 4 dead series is awesome, why I waited so long to play these who knows. Props to Valve once again. I will have to say I would like to see one more thing added to this series, and that is also doing a randomly generated map. With the combination of randomly generated mobs and maps, I feel this game would never get old. Also new game sales would be high because of the longevity of the game if that would happen.  We need more developers like valve.
