Being against the entirety of it is different then not liking the submissions this time. And half the videos are the same guys every time, so it's not like you get much different. If you don't wanna watch it, don't. It's simple.

Holy shit!  Did you guys license some LCD Soundsystem?  Awesome!  I know I really enjoyed the LCD Soundsystem reference in the latest Midnight Brown album, and I thought about sending that song over to James Murphy, I wonder if he has heard it.  :/

@MordeaniisChaos: I do want to watch QOTW, that's why I still watch. Otherwise I would've never seen classics like "A man chooses pickles!" Besides, as you correctly point out, a lot of weeks it's the same submitters. If they have the mindset that it's OK to make sub-par quality videos and send them in, someone must be on the other end telling them it's not.

So don't watch it. I know I sound like a typical defender of a video, but it's not like this is a waste. It takes maybe thirty seconds out of the staff's time to record their part for the video, and they aren't wasting anything on it. Were it consuming resources or time of the crew, it would be a different story, but this is practically self-sufficient. It's not like it's robbing the site of anything just by being there. If you don't like it, fine, just quit complaining.

I disagree.  I'd agree with "constructive criticism =/= a bad thing" though. 
 
Perhaps this has been done, for I have not checked, but how about we start a forum topic on Monday after we know what the Question is, asking what people would like to see? 
 
Maybe a few things will happen: 
People will stop complaining so much, because they'll get what they expect to see?
The complainers will offer ideas, but their ideas will be mocked just as much as they mock QotW video submissions?
The topic is completely ignored, and things continue on as they are? 
What else? 
 
Will the videos be "better" if people "just answer the question" and don't try to be funny?  And remember four(?) days is not a lot of time to come up with something with high production values for most of us that have other things to attend to, ie. work, family, etc.

Criticism is not bad. I agree, but the same criticism every time is. 
Instead of watching the QOTW every week and posting that it is complete shit every week, I suggest these fun alternatives: 
1. Don't watch it, if you hated the last 100 episodes chances are you will hate this one. 
2. Give some constructive criticism. If you hate Lemon and Dirty Dan's video every week send one of them a PM with suggestions on how they could be better. 
3. Submit your own video and blow everyone else out of the water.
