I was at Buffalo Wild Wings last year and I saw this dad with two sons wearing matching hoodies that just said "HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY" in huge lettering. I was weirded out and thought they were in a cult or something, but eventually I saw the Duck Dynasty section of the store in a Cracker Barrel and I was even more worried because apparently those were DD hoodies. My mom thinks the show is hilarious.

So I work in a bookstore, and the degree to which A&E and the Robertson clan have successfully merchandised this fake show for shitty people into every possible form - vinyl figurines, a dozen inspirational books, camo-colored bibles, self-help audiobooks, fridge magnets, etc. - just goes to show that you can never underestimate the bad taste of the average American consumer.
