This seems like a competent enough game... I would buy for 400 MSP... as it is (800 MSP) seems a little too much for me...

I actually really liked this game back in the day, but if I really wanted to play it again today, I would probably just go hunt down the discs, not buy it again on the 360. : P

It certainly wouldn't be the first time that a shed-load of work had been done for a game that was almost ready to be released only for it to be ditched at the last minute. It's all about the business, no one gives a shit about your creations; you may not even get paid for it if the company completely flops.

Game came out in 2002, not 1998. :P And them ain't no PS1 graphics. The original PC release actually had a trailer on disc for Duke Nukem Forever. *Laughs* 3D Realms believed at the time that it was too short a game for console release, these being the days before XBLA and PSN.

That being said, GoG.com has it for $6, so unless you're an achievement whore, that's where you gotta go.
