You can get this on GOG.com for $6. So if you're dying for the game and achievements and you want to absolutely play it on your Xbox, that should be the only reason why you'd consider this XBLA release IMO.

@ZombiePie:  Yes, yes, and yes. This man can do a plethora of voices. And for $50 you can get him to do the voice of Duke for a voice message for personal use (30 seconds, tops.)  In case you didn't already know.

I don't even remember this coming out the first time around, but it looks kinda fun.

Brad, I'd like to point out that nearly NO ONE (nearly, there will be exceptions) wants a new Duke Nukem game.  He's clearly a product of the early to mid-90s, and wouldn't play with a modern audience.  The fervor surrounding Duke Nukem Forever is simply a joke, at best a casual interest.  If the game ever comes out it will sell like utter fucking shit, because we'll all be laughing at it, and will be relying on reviewers (like Giant Bomb) to tell us how it is.  Even if it's decent or acceptable, games (and characterization) have moved so far past this level that it would be entirely obsolete.  3D Realms should just close up shop and start all over, with an entirely new character or franchise.  Clearly they've been stuck in 1995 for 15 years.  When George Broussard says "This new Duke Nukem game is gonna be siiiiick!" he's telling the 1995 audience, not the 2010 one.

Duke Nukem is so overrated IMO. If Quake couldn't handle the 21st century (Quake 4 didn't sell great) then how can Duke? I don't care at all about it and I played DN 3D back in the day. It was kind of cool in 1996, but like all old FPS games hasn't aged well.

The Poker talk at the end was the most interesting part of the Quick Look.

 I used to enjoy playing the shareware version of the original Duke Nukem way back when so the sprite of Duke on the side of wall / roof you see at the very beginning was pretty cool. Other than that, not very interesting.    

God I fucking hate Duke Nukem. He's such an idiotic character.

I dunno, maybe it's a "you had to be there" sort of thing, but I don't know what the big deal about Duke Nukem is. I haven't seen anything from the franchise that struck me as the least bit interesting.

It's a real shame that 3DRealms haven't been wiped off the face of the Earth yet.

The imagery of Dr. Ray's poker face is more entertaining than this game.
