I think this is one of the most beautiful games I have ever seen :O

Looks lovely. More games need to look like this. I DEMAND IT.

Update: Not being able to play this game multiplayer with your friend is very disappointing.

What a pretty game.

That title card was really nicely implemented. And it does look very pretty. Don't know how I feel about actually playing this though. It seems like not a game.

The way the sand ripples in front of the character is really weird, it's sand not water.

Might be me but I dunno I just don't  "get" this game.   There are plenty of games that have exploration at your own pace and still manage to be actual games.    I gotta side with team Vinny on this.   Seems trying to be "artsy fartsy" for the sake of being artsy fartsy.    
 
Also, in a related note Vinny's outright hate of flower still amuses me.

But is it art?

Seems very interesting, reminds me a lot of Shadow of the Colossus with the isolation vibe. 
And god it looks pleasant as hell, I wish I had a PS3 right now.

Been listening to some early Journey recently.   Also, no right stick is a dealbreaker for me.

Looks really interesting. I'll buy it because I like the art style, multiplayer sounds neat too.

I can't get over how the sand is shooting outward in front of you in waves.

Please get other people other than Brad to do these before he blows his load all over the QLs.

Exploring the art of immersion by getting rid of traditional game elements is a worthy goal. I'm very interested in these attempts. Sure they might not work, but how will we know until we try?

Hey guys, remember that time Brad and Patrick were joking about Journey songs in the beginning of the video, and then later on Brad said that people who meet each other in multiplayer can go their "Separate Ways"? HILARIOUS ACCIDENTAL PUNS!

I wish Jeff had been on this. I think it would be more useful to have one person who's clearly into it and someone who's skeptical.

I don't get why people complain about thatganecompany's games being too artsy. When I sat down and played Flower I wasn't enjoying it because it was "art" I was enjoying it because it was different and I did not know what was going to happen next. This game seems to cover the same ground in a different way. I can see myself enjoying this as both exploring and discovering new things will be interesting and seeing a random person in my game that has no opportunity to grief or yell at me will be fun.

I'm buying a PS3 right now just for this.

Gaming is art and this is proof of that.

The discussion of this game on the podcast was painful. And even after this quick look, I still don't get what the game part of this game is about. I don't care too much though, because this is good enough as a sort of interactive painting.
