Quick Look: Microsoft Flight

Would be funny if when you crash in the game they just airdrop an ambulance (with no parachute) out of one of those huge cargo planes to come get you. Also delivering an item like a hamburger should be in the plane with chances to lose it if you try flying crazy. Looks good & know a few people who'd be interested in it. Thanks GB flight crew.

I hope they do a quick look of Birds of Steel next week that would be great to watch.

so some people say its not a real flightsim game ... you have to look at it this way if MS does not get more people interested in this type of game you will not see a new version of flight simulator as i don't see MS sinking money into something there not gonna make money with.

Plus i have FSX myself and frankly its boring as hell to play that game... there is no real fun for me in pretending to accomplish gaols in flight the gaols are there the achievements are there you get XP and thats great plus the multiplayer is quick and easy.

I prefer this over FSX any day as its FUN and i like FUN

Vinny is the evil devil on Drew and Dave's shoulder. That is why the flight club is so much fun.

When Armored Core V, Hawken, and Mechwarrior Online come out, I can think of no better crew to Quick Look them than these guys.

That moment when Dave was convinced that the plane wouldn't go under that bridge, and then went for it...

"Thats as good as i can do" he says as he lands on the beach. 30 minuets later, he flys under a bridge.

Anytime the Giant Bomb Flight Crew gets something to play, it is a good day. Fuck Mass Effect 3 - THIS is the Quick Look I wanna see!

I hope Dave, Drew and Vin get bomber jackets that say, "Giant Bomb Flight Crew" someday.

That is why I love Flight Club.

The Chat Dragon design Dave did makes me believe he could design a really awesome logo for the Flight Club. No lie, I'd totally buy a Flight Club patch or shirt or something. Just throwing that out there.

I do love these flight sim quick looks. They're really interesting to watch and funny as hell with Drew, Dave and Vinny. Perfect trio

It would be neat it their Aerocash system was like SSX's geocaches, where you could set your own and earn experience from them until someone finds them.

Man I enjoyed that. Kinda wished Dave would have messed with the mouse wheel and clicked it in while moving the mouse once or twice. Other than that it was a fun and exciting quicklook with a number of memorable moments.

I would too. That Whiskey Media merchandise guru (Daniel, is it?) needs to make it happen.

These flight sim quick looks are awesome. They should do one every week.

See this is why I love Giant Bomb. All of a sudden Vinny picks up a flight stick and then for no other reason we get Quick Looks at all these flight games. Games we wouldn't get a look at otherwise. I even went and pulled my x52 out of storage so I could play some too.

I just hope they allow for dedicated servers in the future, or at least have a way players can meet aside from friend invites. That way the Giantbomb Flight Club could actually happen.

You guys should do a QL of Orbiter2010 next and promote the flight club to the SPACE flight club!

This is a great quick look combo.

Dude, this is why it's called Microsoft FLIGHT now. It's about flying. Not about the takeoff procedure. And there's nothing wrong with that. If you want the ultra sims, you can play those - Dave/Drew/Vinny have found and played tons of those on Steam. But this is more fun, and that's cool. It's hardly Pilotwings or Sky Odyssey levels arcadey, but hardcore PC types are always one for hyperbole - it's annoying.

I really enjoy the flying part of flight sims but don't really care about all the fiddly bits. Microsoft Flight is pretty much the perfect flight game for me.
