Those creations were really impressive.

Very interested in getting this game. I like user creation games and I missed the Little Big Planet boat. 

I want this! Kotaku's live chat with the creators of this game said the load times would be fixed, so I'm assuming that will be the case.

Wow. The character and car creation tools are far beyond what I expected. The load times are a bummer, but this game looks fun.

Huge fan of Mario Kart and this is everything I wanted from a Mario Kart. Sorry Nintendo, but you just lost a buyer.

Think I'am going to invest in this after my China trip! I really have been missing a good party game that is not: Fighting or Music

The load times really kill this game. Even if they promised a patch, it's a bummer that soils an otherwise inspired game.

First week and there are already giantbomb inspired mods. Good stuff.

That bomb character looked absolutely insane.
 
Also, load times seem to be the real killer here. I hope they can sort that out.

err...i think i need to buy this game, and then not play it, just spend hours downloading characters and karts >_<

When watching this I'm almost sad that I don't like racers... The creating looks so awesome!

I may not have a PS3, or have an active interest in racing games, but this has definitely caught my eye.
 
Oh, and at first I thought Brad had an Avatar (from the movie) mod.  Pun possibility was very high.

i have a question tho, which is very important for me getting this game or not... isnt all this copyright infringement and thus subject to be fucking deleted by sony (like the LBP stuff was)?

Man, if I had money, I'd be all over this game. Looks like tons of fun.

Alright I have decided I am getting this game soon.

Looks OK, but when you consider that all the copyrighted stuff is probably going to have go it makes the package less sweet.

Oh wow, this Quick Look made me think about buying this. Goddamn,  too many good games!

This is the second quick look now that has lead to me going out and getting the game.  The first being RDR.  Without these quick looks, I would have never even considered getting either of the games.

I kind of agree with some of the complaints about price, but for me that is all racing games. At this point in my life I don't see any racing game out there worth the full $60 price tag. I usually play racing games kind of on/off and never for more than an hour at a time, it burns you out really quickly for some reason.

Seems like the load times we witnessed in the quick look EX haven't improved much.

After reading 1UP's review, I expected the load times to be REALLY bad. They weren't nearly as bad as I had envisioned.
 
Turns out the guy who reviewed the game there is a bit of an asshole. The whole review is laced with examples of what a dick he is.
