Looks a bit janky but at least you can climb your way out of trouble. No more of that rocks and arrows nonsense.

reminds me of Hogan's Heroes, which is a good thing. but it's made by Pandemic, which is a bad thing

this game looks like it has some charm, i think i'll give it a try.

It does look a little janky and rough around the edges- no, scratch that. It does look, from a technical standpoint, messed up.
 
Yet I'm still really excited for this game. It has more heart and creativity pumped into it than the average shooter. I think I'm willing to overlook a lot of these core faults with the game just to mess around with the world & the characters.

It's like I'm deciding between GTA Vice City and The Getaway again.  I'll get more gameplay and polish out of Assassin's Creed  2, but The Saboteur seems like it would be an interesting and fun playthrough once.. just once though.  Makes me want to get a GameFly subscription..

I NEED something like this to get me away from MW2!!!!  I've been playing wayyy too much of it and I really don't want to become one of those people who ONLY play MW2 and forgets all other wonderful games coming out.  Even though it doesn't look "perfect"  I think it still looks amazing.  A free roaming game set in Paris has been my dream ever since GTA3 came out!!!  Mercs 2 was a letdown, but I still had a hell of a lot of fun with it.  Hell I still play the first one here and there when I feel like it!!! 
 
So I'll most likley pick this one up!!

I really want to like this game, but it seems mediocre to me. Just like Mercenaries 2, it has a cool concept, but it just doesn't look executed particularly well. Not that this game looks horrible or anything, it's just that there are too many other games out there that seem more deserving of my money. Perhaps I'll pick it up on the cheap in a year or so.

i love the style of this, but some of the gameplay annoyances might make me hold off.  even if that means no boobies.

I'm still interested in the game, but with all of the criticisms listed i think i'll wait for a few reviews before picking this up. If i don't get this, i'll definitely get Darksiders, then Red Dead redeption/God of war 3, whichever comes first.

The random "sausage" was hilarious.

I really like how the vehicles look, looks like they have a nice heavy sway...but it seems kinda like the Godfather in terms of variety of vehicles...why can't these games take it like Mafia and have tons of old cars.

The Kar98 baseball bat was awesome.

game still looks good to me, even tho i wish it was all in black and white (the first time I saw it in color I was quite underwhelmed, because I thought it looked much better in b&W, probably because its hiding some ugly textures and what not I admit). 
 
One thing I like about these games I enjoy is usually I get sucked in doing all the sidequests and getting all the special moves and stuff, that they last me a LONG time. Im still not done with assassins 2, because everytime a new zone opens, i spend tons of time getting all the treasures, side quests and stuff. So yeah, still debating on getting it next week with zelda ds or not, im betting the GB review will be a 3, pretty much along the same line as most other reviews of it so far, which is slightly disapointing I guess, but nothing that will keep me from getting it from what Ive seen on various videos, especially since most of the flaws I hear are the traversal not being smooth like AC (which I never expected it to be), the accents being bad (never bothers me in games) or the animations being jerky (not the biggest gfx whore, ill play uncharted 2 as easily as Ill play say... dragon age origins for example, which many trash because of the graphics. 
 
Anyway, rant over, looking forward to the review. Oh and Ryan, I wish you'd focus on the games sometimes instead of wasting 40 seconds punching meatbags... the first was enough, even Jeff was telling you to move on >_>

I so want to like this game but there are so many issues with it. I do like the visual style though. I've never seen anything like it before. They are doing some amazing things with display buffers. Amazing tech. The way they seamlessly blend colors on specific textures. Technically an absolutely outstanding job!

You've let me down before, Pandemic. I'm sorry but this one isn't gonna cut it for me either. I enjoyed the Quick Look though.

Very cool. I really like the look and style of this game.

Looks alright. Assassin's Creed 2 doesn't do it any favors, but looks worlds better than Mercs 2 and LotR: Conquest

Awesome quick look

Handles horribly from my experience.

One thing I disliked a lot from seeing this quicklook is the ridiculous amount of bullets you can absorb. People were shooting at you from so many directions, when he was climbing it just seemed completely messed up, his back must have absorbed several kilograms of lead. Bit of a turnoff. 

I don't think I want to play Terminator in a Nazi occupied France.

I know it sucks that people have lost their jobs, but what was the last good game Pandemic released?
Star Wars Battlefront (that was them right?) was ok, but would have been better if it had been handled by Dice and used the BF2 engine...
 
Come on guys, give me a reason to even care that Pandemic have kicked the can.

Ryan, what the hell man? If you effing finished the mission where you blow up the meat house you'd know there's a safehouse under it. The damn door was just below your nose man, what the hell?
 
Seriously, this is a great game but it seems it asks a little to much from certain individuals and no offense Ryan but maybe you should let someone else review this game.

What's with the obsession with boobs ? First of all, this guy is in a french cabaret, it makes sense to see naked ladies. But it's such a small part of the game, why would you even talk about that for more than 30 seconds ? 

I enjoy this new take on the WWII era. Sick of all the shooters.
 
Might check it out once it drops in price a little. Getting AC2 before, but I'm still very much interested.
